We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your trip, you'll receive a full refund provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund. If Ultimate Descents cancels a trip for any reason, including unsafe river or weather conditions, you'll receive a full refund.
